Under PM Kisan Honor Fund, farmers will get Rs 2000 assistance


* Government's decision to immediately release the assistance provided to the 130 crore public donor



NEW DELHI: 

       In a bid to provide relief to farmers affected by the nationwide lockdown announced by the government to prevent the spread of the Korean virus spread across the country, the government on Thursday said that the first installment of Rs.

 Announcing relief measures for the general public within the first 36 hours of the nationwide lockdown, Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said, "Rs.  We are going to prioritize the issue and pay the first installment so that they can get Rs 2000 at the beginning of the financial year.  In the case of lowdown, 8.69 crore farmers will be considered immediate beneficiaries of the country's 130 crore population.

 There will be two installments of 6000 which will be paid directly to the bank

 Apart from this, the average allocation of labor per MNREGA has been increased by Rs.  Due to this the situation of lockdown created in the country may reduce the harassment of workers of MGNREGA scheme.
