Certificate of deduction for concession tax deduction for small taxpayers valid till June 30

   The Finance Ministry has announced relief to small taxpayers after seeing the difficulties associated with Kiwi 19.  The government on Tuesday announced relief to taxpayers not paying any taxes or taxes.  The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) has ordered taxpayers great relief.  The time limit for applying for a zero TDSTCS deduction has been increased.  The department has said that the deadline for applying for the certificates of the financial year 2019-20 and pending application has been extended to 30 June 2020.

    Then for those taxpayers who have been given certificates of lesser or zero deductions in 2019-20 and who cannot apply for those certificates in FY 2020-21, the deadline for obtaining certificates has also been increased to 30th June.  Many taxpayers have then applied for zero or reduced tax deductions.  Who has not received the financial year 2019-20 certificates.  CBDT is being researched in the application process and persuasion process for them.  Corona virus has also affected the performance of the Income Tax department.
